Q: How Wolves At The Gate was formed?

Q: Bagaimana Wolves At The Gate terbentuk?

Nick: Wolves was formed back in 2008 by Steve and Ben when they went to college together. 

Nick: Wolves dibentuk kembali pada tahun 2008 oleh Steve dan Ben ketika mereka di perguruan tinggi bersama.

Q: Why did you choose Wolves At The Gate as the band's name?

Q: Kenapa kalian memilih Wolves At The Gate sebagai nama band?

Nick: It comes from Acts 20:26-32. Paul talks about being on your guard against false prophets. Calling them wolves. 

Nick: Itu berasal dari Kisah Para Rasul 20: 26-32. Paulus berbicara tentang Waspadalah terhadap nabi-nabi palsu. Menyebut mereka serigala.

Q: What the purpose of forming this band?

Q: Apa tujuan kalian membentuk band ini?

Nick: To share the Gospel of Christ. To share the good news and also see that we all have a great need for it. 

Nick: Untuk berbagi Injil Kristus. Untuk berbagi kabar baik serta melihat bahwa kita semua memiliki kerinduan besar untuk itu.

Q: Do you guys have a testimony with Christ in your life?

Q: Apa kalian memiliki kesaksian bersama Kristus?

Nick: And idk if I can really think of a specific story. We've all been drawn to the Lord by His goodness to us. He is pleased in being good to us and we shown that daily by what He does. 

Nick: Saya benar-benar tidak tahu jika saya bisa memikirkan cerita tertentu. Kami semua sudah ditarik kepada Tuhan dengan kebaikan-Nya kepada kita. Dia senang untuk menjadi baik untuk kami dan kami menunjukkan setiap hari oleh apa yang Dia lakukan.

Q: What you think about the church that blessing the gay and lesbian marriage?

Q: Apa pendapatmu tentang gereja yang memberkati pernikahan LGBT?

Nick: I think that it's not right. The bible specifically talks about in Romans 1 that those acts are sinful in every way and I would imagine that church is sacrificing truth for fame which will eventually end in destruction. 

Nick: Saya merasa bahwa itu tidak benar. Alkitab secara khusus berbicara di Roma 1 tentang tindakan-tindakan yang berdosa dalam segala hal dan saya akan membayangkan bahwa gereja mengorbankan kebenaran untuk ketenaran yang akhirnya akan berakhir pada kehancuran.

Q: What do you think about Indonesia?

Q: Apa pendapatmu tentang Indonesia?

Nick: I don't know anything about Indonesia. 

Nick: Saya tidak tahu apa-apa tentang Indonesia.

Q: Would you like to have a gig in Indonesia?

Q: Apa kalian ingin bermain di Indonesia?

Nick: I imagine it'd be fun. So if they want to bring us out I'm sure it'd be awesome. 

Nick: Saya membayangkan itu akan menyenangkan. Jadi jika mereka ingin membawa kita keluar aku yakin itu akan luar biasa.

Q: What do you guys think about the radical terrorist acts by ISIS and others?

Q: Apa pendapatmu tentang gerakan radikal teroris seperti ISIS dan yang lainnya?

Nick: It certainly is crazy these things are happening. We pray for our brothers and sisters that are over there and that they would continue to cling to the Lord in these dark times. 

Nick: Ini jelas gila hal-hal ini bisa terjadi. Kami berdoa untuk saudara-saudara kita yang di sana dan bahwa mereka akan terus berpegang teguh pada Tuhan di saat-saat gelap.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

Q: Apa rencana kalian kedepan?

Nick: We have a new record coming out this fall so that's pretty exciting. 

Nick: Kami akan membuat rekaman baru keluar musim gugur ini jadi itu cukup menarik.
